Rated 3 out of 5 by from ok but beware the lack of attention to detail OK but they failed to action a request to add NCD protection - they took the extra money for the protection but failed to add the protection. Only careful perusal of the subsequent documents showed they had not actioned the change.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Car transfer Already had car JL car insurance for 3 years. Part exchanged car and wanted to find best way to insure new car. Had difficulty with website so telephoned. Very helpful lady did everything for me including best deal. Very slick and very easy. Thanks

Next year you will bump up the price because I am a retained customer and I will move back to another insurer (who will treat me as new and give me a better rate). You will then lose my custom for a year or two. Why do you play this game?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not a good start I bought on line and were asked to supply proof of ncb which I did. I then received an email asking me to confirm I want to cancel my policy. I explained I had only just bought it and were only proving my ncb. Next day I checked my credit card and noticed that my premium had been taken twice. Not a good start!
