What you'll need to bring

When you’re buying or selling currency at a Bureau de Change, you'll need to have some valid ID with you. This can be any of the following:

Full UK photographic Driving Licence

Passport

EU National Identity Photocard

Occasionally we may ask you for additional ID dependent upon the transaction. In this case we would accept recent utility bills, bank or credit card statements or other formal ID that shows your address.

Exchange your currency at John Lewis

If you’re in a John Lewis store shopping for some last minute items for your holiday, tick another item off your holiday checklist and stop by a Bureau de Change.

Buy and Sell

Exchange your pounds into foreign currency, and your foreign currency back into pounds when you’re back from holiday.

Exchange at a great rate

We monitor the market daily to make sure we can offer competitive rates. You won't have to pay commission or any other hidden fees either.

35-Day Return Guarantee

Get a full refund of your travel money if your holiday has been cancelled. Bring your receipt or online order confirmation and a valid form of ID to any of our Bureaux de Change.
