You can buy currency from any of our open Bureau de Change desks in John Lewis shops.
You can also order online and choose Home Delivery or Click & collect from Waitrose and John Lewis.

Yes, your order will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed™ service and will need to be signed for by either you or someone else at your address.
Click & collect allows you to order online and collect in store at selected Waitrose and John Lewis shops.
Simply select the Click & collect option after you have confirmed the currency you are ordering. A collection date will be detailed in your confirmation email - we will send an email and an SMS message when your order is ready to collect. Your order will be held for seven days from the collection date.
You can collect your order at any time during the opening hours of the store.

Yes, you can absolutely use a credit card to buy your travel money. Better still if you use your Partnership credit card when buying your currency, we’ll give you 5 points on your Partnership Card for every £4 you spend.
It’s important to know that while we do not charge you extra to pay by credit card, some card issuers charge additional fees for foreign currency exchange payments, so it is always advisable to check with your bank first.
