Register your account with the Online Account Manager

You can register for an online account for your new Partnership Card by using the John Lewis Credit Card app or easily set it up from your browser directly.

1. Get started with your account information

We only need a few details before you can use the easy online account manager.

Enter your last name and postcode

You can find your card number and expiry date on the back of your card

2. Verify with your Online Registration Number (ORN)

Enter your online registration number, sent to you via email when you applied for the card

If you can’t find the ORN, you can request to resend it via email

3. Enter One-time-passcode (OTP)

For security reasons, we will ask you to enter a 6 digit One-time passcode (OTP)

1. Have your mobile phone ready so that we can text or call you to provide the OTP.

2. If the number associated with your account is not up to date, you can request to change it.

4. Register your details

Choose your username and create a password

Choose a username or use your email address instead

Make sure you choose a strong password which meets the requirements

Creating a 6 digit code will make it easier to log in to your account later on

5. Confirmation

All set!

You can now use your online account to:

View your balance and statements

Make payments

Manage Direct Debits

Contact us via chat at any time

Frequently asked questions

The One-Time Passcode (OTP) will be sent and received automatically and depends on your mobile signal. Please check that you recognise the number on screen and have access to that phone.

If you don’t receive the code, click 'Send again' to send another One-Time Passcode to the same phone number. You can also select the One-Time Passcode to be sent to your home phone number if you’re completing the application at home (if we have those details).

Alternatively, if you are in a John Lewis shop, you can continue with this process if you have a form of photo ID, such as a full UK Driving licence or valid passport, as well as your existing Partnership Card.

Please visit ‘Personal Details’ in your John Lewis Credit Card app or your Online Account Manager to change your details.

This includes your address, telephone number and email address. Please keep these up to date so we have the correct information for your account. You can only change details on your account once you've fully activated your account.

If you haven’t already, you can complete your registration for Online Account Manager through the new John Lewis Credit Card app or by visiting johnlewiscreditcard.com/login. It’s quick and simple.

You’ll need your new Partnership Card account number, which you’ll find at the top of the enclosed letter sent with your new Partnership Card.
