What's changed and why?

We've made some changes to increase security when you're accessing your account online or via the Partnership Card app (if you downloaded the app before 5 August 2022). This means you might need to take additional steps to verify that it’s you logging in.

When accessing your online account and the Partnership Card app we may need to send a code via SMS/text message to your mobile phone to verify your identity. So it's important we have your correct mobile number.

Following this change, we'll no longer ask for your CVV when you're logging in.

Make sure we've got the correct mobile number registered for you

You can check your contact details on your Partnership Card app (if you downloaded the app before 5 August 2022) within the Menu > Settings > My Details section.

If you need to provide an updated mobile phone number please call us on 0345 300 3833, our lines are open 8am - 8pm, 7 days a week.

If you haven't registered your mobile number with us, please call us on 0345 300 3833 and provide us with your mobile number.

What can I use online services for?

You can manage your account online and on the move with an online account and the Partnership Card app (if you downloaded the app before 5 August 2022).

Once logged in, you can:

  • See your current balance and what’s available to spend
  • See recent transactions, including pending transactions
  • View past statements
  • Make a payment to your account using a debit card
  • Set up and manage text and email alerts
  • Temporarily lock your card
  • Set up card controls
  • Send secure messages to Customer Services
  • See your latest points balance
  • With the Partnership Card app you can confirm or reject purchases

In the online account, you can also:

  • Download statements
  • Choose to stop receiving statements by post
  • Amend your statement date
  • Arrange balance transfers
  • Ask us to consider changing your credit limit
  • Change your credit limit offer preferences
  • Download a Disputed Transaction form

Setting up your online account and Partnership Card app (if you downloaded the app before 5 August 2022)

To set up online services you can register your account online.

You’ll be asked for the following details:

  • Surname 
  • Date of birth 
  • Details from your Partnership Card 
  • Your credit limit 
  • Postcode or BFPO Number 
  • Your memorable word
  • As part of the process you'll need to receive a one-time passcode (OTP) via your mobile phone
