Your online account and the Partnership Card app have been upgraded.

New features and extra security

Here at John Lewis Finance we’re always working hard to improve your Partnership Card experience. That’s why we’ve upgraded our online services to give you new features, greater security and a new way to log in.

Thanks to our improved online services, you can now log in to your online account and Partnership Card app with the same login details. Thanks to our improved online services, you can:

  • View your balance, recent transactions and statements
  • See details of your pending transactions
  • Check your total reward points
  • Set up account and transaction alerts
  • Add transaction card controls, including being able to lock a card temporarily
  • Use your debit card to pay your balance

Online account features

When you use your online account, you’ll also be able to:

  • Set up and amend Direct Debits to pay your balance
  • Set up and download paperless statements
  • Change your statement due date
  • Request a balance transfer or credit limit change
  • Send secure messages to our team
  • Add up to 3 additional cardholders


Please note that Quick Balance is no longer available on the app and you can no longer change your personal details online. To change your details, please call us on 0345 300 3833.

Register for our online services

You can register for our online services here or by downloading the Partnership Card app from your app store. You only need to register once as you use the same login details for both our online services. If you have any problems, simply give us a call.

Frequently asked questions

If you are experiencing problems logging in to the app following the recent upgrade please follow these steps:

1) If you have forgotten your login details, please reset them before attempting to login.

2) If you have forgotten your password and your PIN you will need to reset these separately in order to gain access to your account.

We recognise that these steps may take some time, however, they are necessary to protect the security of your account.

 

Username

If you have forgotten your username you will need to reset it.

In order to reset your username alongside your personal details you will need the following to hand:

  • Your memorable word from your telephone banking
  • Your card details
  • Your account credit limit as found on your latest statement

If you do not have these please call us on 0345 300 3833. Lines are open from 7am to 11pm, 7 days a week. Please be aware that we’re receiving a high volume of calls, and that wait times are longer than usual at this time.

Reset your username

If you are using Safari and experience difficulties, please try using Chrome. We are investigating the issue with Safari and hope to have it fixed soon.

 

Password or 6 digit PIN

If you have forgotten your password or 6 digit login PIN you will need to reset these using the link after your have input your username.

Alongside your personal details you will need the following to hand:

  • Your memorable word from your telephone banking
  • Your card details 
  • Your account credit limit as found on your latest statement

If you are using Safari and experience difficulties, please try using Chrome. We are investigating the issue with Safari and hope to have it fixed soon.

 

You can reset your login details in the online account or in the Partnership Card app by following the links for forgotten password, username or login PIN. You’ll need to know:

  • Your credit limit – which you can find on your monthly statement
  • Your memorable word – you chose this when you first applied for your account and it’s also used for your telephone banking. If you can’t remember it, call us on 0345 300 3833.

 

To improve security, all customers are now required to enter their Partnership Card CVV each time they log in to their online account or the Partnership Card app – in addition to their login credentials or biometrics.

 

Applicants for the Partnership Card must be UK residents (excluding the Channel Islands), aged 18 or over and have a personal income of more than £6,750 a year. Credit subject to status. Full terms and conditions for the Partnership Card
