If you've recently received an SMS, email or letter from us regarding your Wedding Insurance, please follow the instructions immediately. You will have received it because, according to our records, the date for the wedding plans covered by your insurance has now passed. If you have changed or cancelled the arrangements, or even if your wedding plans were able to go ahead in some way, it's important that you let us know as soon as possible.

We always want to be able to resolve any concerns you raise with us. However, where you are not satisfied with the outcome, or if you have not received a reply from us within eight weeks of raising your complaint, you have the right to refer your case to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
