We are receiving an extremely high volume of calls. Unless your event is in the next 14 days, please email us including your name, address, telephone number, date of birth, policy number and enquiry.

Emails are not encrypted so please only provide us with the requested information, and we'll do our best to get back to you within 7 working days. We thank you for your patience.

Please include your claims reference number or Policy Number on all correspondence.

Call charges vary depending on who your telephone provider is. If you're unsure, it's best to contact them directly for their latest call charges.

We always want to be able to resolve any concerns you raise with us. However, where you are not satisfied with the outcome, or if you have not received a reply from us within eight weeks of raising your complaint, you have the right to refer your case to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
