Partnership Credit Card FAQs
How can I make a payment?
The most convenient way to make a payment is to set up a Direct Debit. You can do this, or change the amount you pay, by visiting your Online Account Manager or the John Lewis Credit Card app. You can find a list of other payment options in your monthly statement. Please note, we don’t accept payments by cheque.
What happens if I’m late paying my card balance?
If you don't pay at least the minimum payment by the statement due date each month, you’ll incur a late payment fee of £12 and your missed payment will be reported to credit reference agencies. Setting up a Direct Debit will help to avoid missed payments.
Can I use my card abroad and will I be charged for this?
Yes, you can use your Partnership Credit Card everywhere you see the Mastercard logo.
Each time you use your card abroad, you’ll be charged a foreign exchange fee if your transaction is made in a different currency. This fee will be shown on your statement as a separate charge. Your transaction will be converted into sterling using the Mastercard exchange rate.
