How can I make a payment?
You can make payments in a variety of simple ways. You'll find a full list of payment options on your statement.
The most convenient way to make sure you never miss a payment is to set up a Direct Debit. You can set one up or change the amount you pay by visiting your Online Account Manager or John Lewis Credit Card app.
Please note we do not accept payments by cheque, in store or over the counter at your bank’s branch.
Alternatively, you can pay by faster payment directly from your bank. Many banks will have our payment details pre-populated for you to select, however if for any reason they are unavailable, please use the details as follows:

What happens if I’m late paying my card balance?
If you don't pay at least the minimum payment by the statement due date, you'll incur a late payment fee of £12 and your missed payment will be reported to credit reference agencies.

Can I use my card abroad and will I be charged for this?
Yes, you can use your Partnership Credit Card everywhere you see the Mastercard logo.
Each time you use your card abroad, you’ll be charged a foreign exchange fee as your transaction will be in a different currency. This fee will be recorded on your statement as a separate charge. For further details, check your card’s terms and conditions.
