1. Introduction

When your application for a Partnership Credit Card is accepted, you will automatically be enrolled in the Partnership Credit Card Reward Programme which is operated by John Lewis plc. This Programme will enable you to earn and redeem Points in accordance with these rules (the “Rules”). All terms used in these Rules are defined in Rule 15.

2. Eligible Purchases

You will earn Points at the rates described in Table 1 when using your Partnership Credit Card (including transactions made with a Partnership Credit Card provisioned on Apple Pay or Google Pay^TM) on Eligible Purchases:

a) Partnership Spend: at John Lewis Shops, johnlewis.com, John Lewis Foreign Currency, John Lewis Insurance, John Lewis Opticians, John Lewis Food Halls, Waitrose stores, Waitrose.com, Waitrose Welcome Breaks, waitroseentertaining.com, waitrosecellar.com, waitrosegarden.com, and Kuoni (in John Lewis stores and Kuoni branded stores);

b) Non-Partnership Spend: Spend at all other retailers and at John Lewis and Waitrose shop concessions, including but not limited to John Lewis Beauty Services, Joe & the Juice, Benugo Cafe, Clarins Spa, KuPP, Vodafone shop, Nespresso Boutiques, Lloyds Pharmacy, Boots Pharmacy, Johns & Kelyneck Pharmacy, Admiral Pharmacy, Hove Pharmacy, Post Office, Johnson Cleaners, Costa Coffee, Arnolds Estate Agents and PhotoMe booths, Leckford Farm Shop, Longstock Park Nursery, Waitrose at Shell Petrol stations and Kuoni holidays booked via non Kuoni stores via another travel agent, transactions made using another payment service that are later debited to your Partnership Credit Card (for example, PayPal and Curve card transactions made at John Lewis or Waitrose);

c) Foreign Spend: Partnership Spend or Non-Partnership Spend made outside the United Kingdom.

3. Earning Points

a) You will earn Points on each Eligible Purchase from the date that eligible spend is posted to your Account. The Points you earn will be reduced by the amount of any Eligible Purchases that are refunded to your Account or returned by you.

b) You will not earn Points for balance transfers, cash advances or cash related payments (which include but are not limited to cash withdrawals, payments to financial organisations e.g. repaying borrowing such as personal loans, buy now pay later providers like ClearPay and Klarna, buying lottery tickets, purchasing foreign currency (except John Lewis Foreign Currency) and for any money transfer services (like Wise, Remitly), interest and charges).

c) Except as otherwise set out in Table 1, any fractions of a Point are rounded down to the nearest whole number.

d) Points that you earn will be redeemed under these Rules but have no other monetary value.

e) Points are calculated on eligible purchases once the transaction has been cleared on your account. This is usually a few days after you make the transaction.

f) Points are added once your transaction has been cleared on a regular basis. Any additional points accumulated during your August Variation will be added the following month for each August Variation period.

g) We may change the basis on which Points are earned by giving you reasonable notice as provided for under these Rules.

h) August Variation: For the dates specified in Table 1, you will be able to earn points for your Eligible Purchases from 1 August - 31 August of the year in John Lewis stores and the John Lewis website.

4. Points earning limits

The maximum number of Points that you can earn in any calendar year is 100,000 Points. If this limit is exceeded in any calendar year, you will not be able to earn further Points on Eligible Purchases until after the beginning of the next calendar year.

5. Redeeming Points

a) You do not have to take any action to redeem Points. John Lewis plc will redeem Points automatically at the rate of £1 of vouchers for 100 Points.

b) John Lewis plc will redeem Points three times a year in February, June and October when John Lewis plc will send you vouchers for the Points held at that time. You will receive vouchers during these months when your monthly Partnership Credit Card statement indicates that Points are being redeemed. If you do not receive vouchers by the end of the subsequent month, please contact John Lewis Credit Card Customer Services. John Lewis plc will only accept claims for non-delivery of vouchers for up to six months after the end of the month during which they were sent out by us.

c) The minimum redemption will be 500 Points, giving a voucher of £5. Points will be redeemed for vouchers in multiples of £5. Any Points that have not been redeemed will be carried forward to the next redemption period.

d) Points that have been held in your Account for 2 years will expire and cannot be redeemed.

e) John Lewis plc may change the basis on which Points are redeemed, the months in which Points are redeemed, and the frequency of redemption by giving you reasonable notice.

6. Vouchers

a) Your vouchers can only be used to make purchases of goods or services at John Lewis shops, johnlewis.com, Waitrose shops and waitrose.com. John Lewis plc will advise you if you are able to use your vouchers in any other locations.

b) The use of vouchers may be subject to restrictions that John Lewis plc will advise you of when your vouchers are sent to you.

c) If the goods purchased in Waitrose & Partners and John Lewis & Partners shops total less than the value of the gift voucher, the change will be put onto a gift card.

d) Vouchers may not be exchanged directly for cash.

7. When Points will not be earned or redeemed

If:

a) you are in breach of the terms of the Credit Card Agreement,

b) your Partnership Credit Card has been cancelled or suspended,

c) a renewal of your Partnership Credit Card has been refused, or

d) you are suspected of fraud,

you will not earn Points and you can not redeem any Points while any of these circumstances continue.

8. Statements

The monthly Partnership Credit Card statement will show details of the Points you hold and the Points you have earned and the Points that have been redeemed during the previous month.

10. Termination

a) If your Account is closed for any reason, all Points earned but not redeemed at the date of closure will be forfeited. All vouchers that have already been issued to you will remain valid.

b) We reserve the right to terminate the Programme by giving you reasonable notice. If we do this all Points will be redeemed under these Rules at the date of closure and all vouchers that have already been issued to you will remain valid.

11. Transfer of Points

Points may not be transferred or sold.

12. Tax liability

You or your advisers are responsible for determining any tax liability in respect of your participation in the Programme and the earning and redeeming of Points and we are not able to give you advice concerning this.

13. Changes to the programme

In addition to the specific changes referred to in these Rules, we may change the Programme or the Rules by giving you reasonable notice.

14. Notices

Any notice we may give you under these Rules may be given in writing via:

• email to your registered email address; or

• by post to your registered postal address; or

• by publishing any changes via johnlewismoney.com website.

15. Definitions

In these Rules:
“Account” means the Partnership Credit Card account maintained in your name under the Credit Card Agreement with the credit card issuer;
“Credit Card Agreement” means the consumer credit agreement made between you and the credit card issuer for the Partnership Credit Card;
“Eligible Purchases” has the meaning provided in Clause 2;
“John Lewis Insurance” means general insurance from John Lewis Money;
“John Lewis” means the John Lewis Partnership or its subsidiaries including John Lewis plc, and other members of the group from time to time;
“Partnership Credit Card” and “Partnership Card” mean the Partnership Credit Card issued to you by the credit card issuer under the Credit Card Agreement;
“Points” means the points earned and redeemed under the Programme;
“Programme” means the Partnership Credit Card Reward Programme, the terms of which are set out in these Rules;
“Waitrose” means Waitrose Limited;
“We”, “we” or “us” means John Lewis plc; and
“You” or “you” means you, the person in whose name we maintain the Account.

Table 1 - Earning Points Rates and Information

* Only valid for 1 to 31 August 2025 (inclusive); 1 to 31 August 2026 (inclusive); and 1 to 31 August 2027 (inclusive). For August in 2028 onwards, the Earning Points Rate for August will be the same as for the column “1 September - 31 July” in Table 1.

1. These Prize Draw Terms and Conditions (the "Prize Draw Terms”) are an agreement between you and us and apply to spend on your Partnership Credit Card (the "Card") from 00.01 am on 3 November 2025 to 23.59 pm on 1 December 2025, inclusive ("Promotional Period”). They apply in addition to, and should be read together with, the Partnership Credit Card Terms and Conditions and Reward Programme Rules. In the event of any conflict, these Prize Draw Terms will apply. 

2. The “Promoter” is John Lewis Finance Limited. In these Prize Draw Terms, “we” or “us” means John Lewis Finance Limited, 1 Drummond Gate, Pimlico, London SW1V 2QQ. 

3. The Big Group Limited is Mastercard's prize fulfilment agency and personal data will be shared for the purposes of this Prize Draw  only. Winner(s) full name(s) and email address(es) will be shared for the purposes of fulfilling the prize. A copy of Big Group’s privacy policy can be found here: https://www.biggroup.co.uk/privacy 

Who can enter 

4. This Prize Draw is open to new and existing Partnership Credit Card account holders who have an open account and are allowed to spend on the credit card. 

5. Entrants must be UK residents and aged 18 or over. 

6. John Lewis and Waitrose Partners, Mastercard employees, The Big Group Limited employees, their immediate families, contractors, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize Draw are excluded from the Prize Draw. 

How to enter

7. To be eligible for the Prize Draw as an existing Partnership Credit Card customer, you must: 

a) opt-in to the Prize Draw within the communications you received or visit the offer page (https://www.johnlewisfinance.com/partnership-credit-card/cardholder-exclusives/win-a-shopping-weekend) to submit the email address you have linked to your Card, and 

b) use your Card to spend on each Eligible Spend (as defined in clause 11 below) during the Promotional Period. 

8. To be eligible for the Prize Draw as a new Partnership Credit Card customer, you must: 

a) sign up and be accepted for the Partnership Credit Card at https://www.johnlewisfinance.com/partnership-credit-card

Please note that credit availability is subject to credit checks and individual credit status. We do not guarantee that you will be accepted for a credit card; and  

b) opt-in to the Prize Draw via the offer page (https://www.johnlewisfinance.com/partnership-credit-card/cardholder-exclusives/win-a-shopping-weekend) to submit the email address you have linked to your Card, and 

c) use your Card to spend on each Eligible Spend (as defined in clause 11 below) during the Promotional Period. 

9. The ability to opt-in to the Prize Draw will be withdrawn at 00.00 am on 2 December 2025 and no more entries will be accepted after this date. 

The offer 

10. If you meet the requirements set out in these Prize Draw Terms, each Eligible Spend of both primary cardholder and additional cardholder will be eligible for one entry into the Prize Draw (as defined in clause 11 below) during the Promotional Period (the “Prize Draw”). 

11. Eligible Spend includes spend on your Card at John Lewis stores, johnlewis.com, John Lewis Opticians, John Lewis Food Halls, subject to any exclusions set out in the paragraph below. 

This offer excludes spend on your card at all other retailers and at John Lewis and Waitrose shop concessions, including but not limited to Waitrose stores, Waitrose.com, Waitrose Welcome Breaks, waitroseentertaining.com, waitrosecellar.com, waitrosegarden.com, Kuoni (Kuoni at John Lewis, Kuoni own brand stores and Kuoni concessions), John Lewis Foreign Currency, John Lewis Insurance, Beauty Services, Joe & the Juice, Benugo Cafe, Clarins Spa, KuPP, Vodafone shop, Nespresso Boutiques, Lloyds Pharmacy, Boots Pharmacy, Johns & Kelyneck Pharmacy, Admiral Pharmacy, Hove Pharmacy, Post Office, Johnson Cleaners, Costa Coffee, Arnolds Estate Agents and PhotoMe booths, Leckford Farm Shop, Longstock Park Nursery. 

12. Spend made to your Card account outside of the Promotional Period will not be Eligible Spend for the purpose of this Prize Draw. Only spend which has been posted to your Partnership Credit Card account will be Eligible Spend for the purpose of this Prize Draw. 

13. You will not earn a Prize Draw entry for any other type of transaction on your Card including balance transfers, cash advances or cash related payments, interest and charges. 

The prizes 

14. There are six prizes available to be won. Six individual winners will be drawn at random, one “Main Prize” and five “Runner-up Prizes” (the “Prizes”), including:

There is 1 x London Shopping package available for 2 people including:

• Return transfers between one UK home address and London hotel

• 2-nights, 5* hotel accommodation including breakfast

• Dining experience with priceless.com partner in London, with transfers if required

• £500 spending money on pre-paid card

• John Lewis Partnership gift card (worth £1,000) and personal shopper services and experiences at John Lewis & Partners Oxford Street store 

Runner-up prizes:

• There are 5 x John Lewis Partnership gift card (each worth £1,000)

15. The Main Prize is valid until 31 December 2026 excluding Christmas, Easter and all UK Bank Holidays. For John Lewis Partnership gift card, please refer to https://www.johnlewis.com/customer-services/prices-and-payment/gift-cards for the validity and related terms and conditions.

16. Personal shopper services and experiences at John Lewis & Partners store to be booked by The Big Group Limited and will be subject to availability for selected service(s) at designated store, terms and conditions apply: https://www.johnlewis.com/customer-services/shopping-with-us/terms-and-conditions/ocab-terms-conditions. 

17. The Main Prize winner must provide their choice of dates 6 weeks prior to their travel dates. Details on how to book will be given to the winner once selected.

18. Prizes are personal to the winner(s) and the sale or offering for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange of any tickets and/or part of any of the Prizes is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online ticket resale marketplace). 

19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel tickets and withdraw or make void any and all Prizes elements if these terms are not complied with.

20. Travel, accommodation, and experience are subject to availability. 

21. A pre-approved budget will be set for all experiences. Any overspend is the responsibility of the winner. 

22. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for accommodation or transport being unavailable, withdrawn or amended. In the event of this the Promoter will endeavour to find a suitable alternative. 

23. All travel, accommodation and other services provided to the winner and their guest will be provided subject to the terms and conditions of each such provider. The Promoter will not have any liability in relation thereto, and any dispute arising from travel, accommodation and/or other services must be taken up with such provider. 

24. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of any Prizes. 

Winner selection & notification 

25. All valid and eligible entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered into the Prize Draw, the winners and reserve list will be drawn at random by 8 December 2025. Winners will be notified by email and/ or phone call by a representative of the Promoter as soon as practicable after the Prize Draw, no later than 12 December 2025, using the contact details we hold for you on your Partnership Credit Card account. 

26. Winners will have seven calendar days from receipt of the winner notification to: 

• Confirm they accept the conditions of the Prizes 

• Confirm they wish to accept the Prizes by email and/ or phone call 

Failure to respond in time will result in the Prizes being forfeited. If the winner does not accept the Prize within the stated period, then it will be offered to entrants in the order they were drawn (and, if accepting the Prize, they will be the winner for the purpose of the remaining Terms and Conditions).

27. A Main Prize winner indicating they do not wish to accept the Prize within the stated period may be offered a Runner-Up Prize. A Runner-Up will then be offered an upgrade in the order they were drawn. The remaining Runners-Up Prizes will be awarded to entrants remaining on the reserve list, in the order they were drawn, who will be notified by The Big Group Limited. 

28. The Promoter’s decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw. The Promoter reserves the right to declare the draw void if it considers it unreasonable that the draw should proceed, whether due to an administrative error or otherwise. 

29. The winner and their guest must be aged 18 or over. For security reasons, the winners and their guests will be asked to confirm their date and place of birth before bookings are made.

30. All travel must be completed within the timeframe stated in these Terms and Conditions. Extensions will not be allowed unless first authorised by the Promoter.  The Prize winner and their guest are responsible for and must comply with any travel insurance / health advice / regulations / inoculations required.  Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the winner and their party (where applicable). 

31. Any amendments requested by the Prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be agreed by and be subject to administration charges levied by The Big Group Limited. 

32. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion award the Prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original winner or dispose of the prize at its discretion without liability to the winner.

Prizes collection 

33. Once the winners accept the Prizes, The Big Group Limited will contact the winner about the prize package’s fulfilment arrangement and delivery. 

Data protection and publicity 

34. Personal data may be passed on to selected third parties only insofar as required for fulfilment, delivery and arrangement of the Prizes. Personal data will be shared for these purposes with Mastercard and The Big Group Limited. The Big Group Limited processes your data in accordance with Mastercard’s privacy policy and will retain the same for no longer than three months after the Prizes are fulfilled. 

35. By opting in to the Prize Draw, you understand that for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and the Prize’s fulfilment, it is necessary for the Promoter to hold and process your personal data. Should you object to the sharing of this information, please let us know when you accept the Prizes. 

36. If you are a winner of the Prize Draw, you agree that the Promoter may use your surname and county of residence to announce the winner of this Prize Draw and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes, for no further consideration. 

37. The winner’s personal details will be kept on file for up to a year in order to meet our regulatory reporting requirements and may be shared with regulators upon their request. Personal information for all other entrants will be held on for as long as is necessary to administer the Prize Draw and then securely destroyed when the Prize has been delivered to the winner. Limitation of liability 

38. The Promoter and its associated agencies, companies and distributors will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this Prize Draw or accepting

or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including liability for fraud or death or personal injury arising from negligence) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

39. The winner and their guest take part in the Prizes at their own risk and to the fullest extent allowed by law; the Promoter accepts no liability with regard to such Prizes whatsoever. The Promoter will have no liability in relation to the conduct of the winner or their guest, nor in connection with any circumstances outside their control with respect to the Prizes. 

General terms 

40. There are no charges associated with opting-in to the Prize Draw or the fulfilment of the prize. 

41. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are delayed, regardless of the cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. 

42. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Prize Draw Terms or if the Promoter believes that your conduct may be unlawful or otherwise bring the Prize Draw into disrepute, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to make your entry or entries void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw. 

43. This Prize Draw and any issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

1. These Offer Terms and Conditions (the “Offer Terms”) are an agreement between you and us and apply to any application you make for a Partnership Credit Card (the “Card”). They apply in addition to, and should be read together with, the Partnership Credit Card Terms and Conditions and Reward Programme Rules. In the event of any conflict, these Offer Terms will apply.

2. In these Offer Terms, “we” or “us” means John Lewis plc, 1 Drummond Gate, Pimlico, London SW1V 2QQ.

3. The Offer may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Any applications received after we have withdrawn the Offer will not qualify for the Offer.

4. To be eligible for the Offer you must:

(i) apply (either in store or online) for and open a Partnership Credit Card, and

(ii) spend with the John Lewis Partnership using your Partnership Credit Card within 60 days of opening your account.

5. If you meet the other requirements set out in these Offer Terms, you will be eligible for Double Points (as defined in clause 7 below) on all eligible spend with the John Lewis Partnership (as defined in clause 8 below) for a period of 60 days from the date you open your Partnership Credit Card account (together, the “Offer”), subject to clause 10.

6. Acceptance for the Card is subject to eligibility requirements and affordability and credit checks. You are not guaranteed to be accepted for a Partnership Credit Card.

7. Double Points means:

a) 2 points for every £1 spent (with any amount spent between 80p - 99p in a pound being rounded up to receive 2 points); and

b) 2 additional points for every £4 spent (totalling 10 points for every £4 spent).

8. Eligible spend with the John Lewis Partnership includes spend at John Lewis Shops, johnlewis.com, John Lewis Foreign Currency, John Lewis Insurance, John Lewis Opticians, John Lewis Food Halls, Waitrose stores, Waitrose.com, Waitrose Welcome Breaks, waitroseentertaining.com, waitrosecellar.com, waitroseflorist.com, waitrosegarden.com, Waitrose Cookery School and Kuoni (in John Lewis stores and Kuoni branded stores), The Floor Room (in John Lewis stores) but excluding spend at John Lewis and Waitrose shop concessions set out in the paragraph below.

This Offer excludes spend on your Partnership Credit Card at all other retailers and at John Lewis and Waitrose shop concessions, including but not limited to Beauty Services, Joe & the Juice, Benugo Cafe, Clarins Spa, KuPP, Vodafone shop, Nespresso Boutiques, Lloyds Pharmacy, Boots Pharmacy, Johns & Kelyneck Pharmacy, Admiral Pharmacy, Hove Pharmacy, Post Office, Johnson Cleaners, Costa Coffee, Arnolds Estate Agents, PhotoMe booths, Leckford Farm Shop, Longstock Park Nursery and Kuoni holidays booked via non Kuoni stores via another travel agent.

9. You will not earn Points for balance transfers, cash advances or cash related payments (except John Lewis Foreign Currency transactions), interest and charges.

10. You will not earn Double Points on transactions which have been posted to your credit card account after the end of the 60 day promotional period.

11. Points will be deducted from your accrued points for any items purchased during the promotional period in store and online that are subsequently returned and/or refunded.

Application of Bonus Points

12. On transactions which qualify for Double Points, we will calculate the points earned daily and apply them to your account.

13. Points are redeemed automatically as John Lewis and Waitrose gift vouchers in February, June and October each year (where the total points balance is at least 500 points).

14. Points and gift vouchers are subject to the Partnership Credit Card Reward Programme rules. For full details please read the Reward Programme Rules.

General terms

15. The Offer is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Partnership Credit Card offer, including but not limited to any other promotional Double or bonus points offer.

John Lewis plc is a credit broker not a lender, introducing the Partnership Credit Card under exclusive arrangements with the lender NewDay Ltd.

John Lewis Money is a trading name of John Lewis plc, registered in England with company number 233462, registered office: 1 Drummond Gate, Pimlico, London SW1V 2QQ. Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 724309). Credit is provided by NewDay Ltd a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 7297722, registered office: 7 Handyside Street, London, N1C 4DA. NewDay Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority with number 690292 and is also authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 (Ref no: 555318) for the provision of payment services. Credit subject to status. 18 and over. UK Residents T&Cs apply.

Ensure you make at least your contractual minimum payments on time and stay within your credit limit to keep any promotional rate. If this is a promotional offer, your standard rate will apply after the promotional period ends.

You can make multiple transfers up to 90% of your available credit limit. All transfers and transfer fees must be within the 90% available credit limit.

The 0% offer period lasts for 6 calendar months from the date of transfer. It normally takes three working days for a transfer to be completed (a working day finishes at 3pm for these purposes). A fee applies to each transfer. Once we have started to process your Balance Transfer, the fee cannot be refunded.

You cannot transfer balances from other NewDay credit cards, non-UK cards, pre-paid cards, store cards, closed accounts or cards which are not registered under your name and held at the same address.

You are not able to transfer more than one balance from the same credit card within a 30-day period.

You will need to be the primary cardholder to transfer a balance.

All Balance Transfers are subject to NewDay’s approval. NewDay reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time.

If you usually pay your balance in full each month:

Balance Transfers can affect your interest free period for purchases. Carrying a balance means you'll be charged interest on any new purchases straight away. Once you clear your balance in full (including your Balance Transfer), you'll go back to having an interest free period.

The 0% interest offer applies only to card applications made directly via the John Lewis Money website or in-store at John Lewis. Applications made via a third-party site such as a comparison website will not qualify for the offer.

The offer period lasts for 6 calendar months from account opening.

Every purchase made on the account during that period will be charged at 0% interest until the end of the 6-month promotional period. When the offer period ends you will pay the standard purchase rate on any remaining purchase balance. The 0% interest offer only applies to purchases and does not apply to any other types of transaction including balance transfers and cash transactions (which include but are not limited to cash withdrawals, payments to financial organisations e.g. repaying borrowing such as personal loans, buying lottery tickets and purchasing foreign currency).

17. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel tickets and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if these terms are not complied with.

All mobiles must be switched off for the duration of the Awards event. Unauthorised recording equipment, recordings, tapes, films or similar items may be confiscated and destroyed or deleted. Any recording made of the Awards in breach of these conditions shall belong to the Event Organiser.

24. Travel, accommodation, and experience are subject to availability.

25. A pre-approved budget will be set for all experiences. Any overspend is the responsibility of the winner.

26.The Promoter will not accept responsibility for accommodation or transport being unavailable, withdrawn or amended. In the event of this the Promoter will endeavour to find a suitable alternative.

27. All travel, accommodation and other services provided to the Winner and their guest will be provided subject to the terms and conditions of each such provider. Winner selection & notification

29. All valid and eligible entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered into the Prize Draw, and the winners will be picked at random by 7 March 2025. There are eight (8) prizes available in this promotion in total.

11. Any travel or accommodation that the winners require in order to attend the selected Rugby Match in paragraph 10 will be at their own cost and is not included in the Prize offering. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for accommodation or transport being unavailable.

Winner Selection & Notification

All valid and eligible entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered into the relevant Prize Draw for the respective Rugby Match of the entrant’s choosing, and the winners for each Prize Draw will be picked at random on 17 February 2025. The winner will be notified by email by a representative of the Promoter 5 days ahead of the selected game date shown in paragraph 10, using the email address provided in the Prize Draw entry. Failure to claim the Prize using the details provided in the email will result in the Prize being forfeited.

15. To access the Prize, winners will require access to a mobile phone to download the Allianz Twickenham App, and will be required to provide the Promoter with their mobile number for this purpose. The winner’s use of the app will be subject to the Allianz Twickenham App T&Cs.

Data Protection and Publicity

16. By opting in to the Prize Draw, you understand that for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and the Prize fulfilment, it is necessary for the Promoter to hold and process your personal data.

We will treat all of your personal data as confidential and will only collect, store and use your personal information, including Name, Email address, Mobile Number in order to promote and administer the Prize Draw and not for any other purpose without your consent. Should a winner opt out of publicity, they may request that their details are only made available under 7.3 to the Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) if requested by the ASA.

19. The winners’ personal details will be kept on file for up to a year in order to meet our regulatory reporting requirements and may be shared with regulators upon their request. Limitation of Liability

The Prize

13. A Main Prize winner, twenty 1st Runners-up Prizes and twenty 2nd Runners-up Prizes will be drawn at random from the valid entries received:

Passports and visas are the responsibility and cost of the winner. The Promoter cannot be held responsible if the winner or nominated guest fails to obtain the required travel documentation.

14. All Prizes, flights, accommodation, and experience are subject to availability.

15. Testing and abiding destination rules are the responsibility of the winners.

16. A pre-approved budget will be set for all Prizes. Any overspend is the responsibility of the winners.

17. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for accommodation or transport being unavailable, withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, The Big Group Limited will endeavour to find a suitable alternative, as approved by the Promoter.

18. All travel, accommodation and other services provided to the winners and their guests will be provided subject to the terms and conditions of each such provider. The Promoter will not have any liability in relation thereto, and any dispute arising from travel, accommodation and/or other services must be taken up with such provider.

19. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of any Prizes.

20. All travel must be completed within the timeframe stated in these Terms and Conditions. Extensions will not be allowed unless first authorised by the Promoter.

21. The Prize winners and their guests are responsible for and must comply with any travel insurance / health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country and proof of cover may be requested prior to departure. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the winner and their party (where applicable).

22. The Prize package does not include any travel-related or personal expenses (such as any applicable taxes, including any personal tax that may be levied on the winner or their guest with respect to receipt of the Prizes), other than those detailed above as forming part of the Prizes.

23. The Prize package is personal to the winners and the sale or offering for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange of any tickets and/or part of any of the Prize package is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online ticket resale marketplace). The Promoter reserves the right to cancel tickets and withdraw or make void any and all Prize elements if this term is not complied with.

Winner Selection & Notification

24. All valid and eligible entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered into the Prize Draw, and the winners will be picked at random by 15 November 2024. Winners will be notified by email and/ or phone call by a representative of the Promoter as soon as practicable after the Prize Draw, no later than 30 November 2024, using the contact details we hold for you on your Partnership Credit Card account.

25. Winners will have seven calendar days from receipt of the winner notification to:

Confirm they accept the conditions of the Prizes

Confirm they wish to accept the Prizes by email and/ or phone call

Failure to respond in time will result in the Prizes being forfeited

If the winners do not accept the Prizes, then it will be offered to entrants in the order they were drawn, who will be notified by The Promoter (and, if accepting the Prizes, they will be the winner for the purpose of the remaining Prize Draw Terms).

26. A Main Prize winner indicating they do not wish to accept the Prize within the stated period will be offered a 1st Runner-up Prize. A 1st Runner-up will then be offered an upgrade in the order they were drawn. The remaining Runners-up Prizes will be awarded to entrants remaining on the reserve list, in the order they were drawn, who will be notified by The Big Group Limited.

27. For security reasons, the winners and their guests will be asked to confirm their date and place of birth before bookings are made.

28. Should the winners be unable to travel due to unforeseen circumstances, the winner should notify The Big Group Limited at the earliest opportunity.

Subject to provision of prior notice and such evidence may be requested, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prizes for one of equal or greater value. Any substitution will be at the Promoter, Mastercard and The Big Group Limited’s entire discretion and subject to availability, and to The Big Group Limited identifying suitable alternatives for other elements of the prize package including transport and accommodation. In the event the winner does not accept the substitution they will forfeit their right to the Prizes.

29. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, Mastercard, The Big Group Limited, Society of London Theatre and their agencies are not liable or responsible for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property arising from or caused by the weather, acts of God, war, accident, pandemic or epidemic and any related government action or any other government restrictions or regulations, or from an act or omission of any individual or condition beyond its control.

30. The winners’ details (surname and county) will be available for one month after the closing date by sending a request to the Promoter at 1 Drummond Gate, Pimlico, London, SW1V 2QQ, enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope.

Prizes Collection

31. Once the winners accept the Prizes, The Big Group Limited will contact the winner(s) to arrange the Prizes.

Data Protection and Publicity

32. Personal data may be passed on to selected third parties only insofar as required for fulfilment, delivery and arrangement of the Prizes. Personal data will be shared for these purposes with Mastercard and The Big Group Limited. The Big Group Limited processes your data in accordance with Mastercard’s privacy policy and will retain the same for no longer than three months after the Prizes are fulfilled.

33. By opting in to the Prize Draw, you understand that for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and the Prize’s fulfilment, it is necessary for the Promoter to hold and process your personal data. Should you object to the sharing of this information, please let us know when you accept the Prizes.

Limitation of Liability

34. The Promoter and its associated agencies, companies and distributors will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this Prize Draw or accepting or using the Prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including liability for fraud or death or personal injury arising from negligence) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

35. The winners and their guests take part in the Prizes at their own risk and to the fullest extent allowed by law; the Promoter accepts no liability with regard to such Prizes whatsoever. The Promoter will have no liability in relation to the conduct of the winners or their guests, nor in connection with any circumstances outside its control with respect to the Prizes once fulfilled.

36. The winners and their guests are subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions of any and all third parties involved in the fulfilment of the Prizes. Any Terms and Conditions applicable to the Prizes have been provided to the fullest extent possible.

General Terms

37. Failure to comply with the condition above will result in the Prizes being forfeited. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion award the Prizes to a reserve selected at the same time as the original winners or dispose of the Prizes at its discretion without liability to the winners.

38. Any amendments requested by the winners after the booking is confirmed may be agreed by and be subject to administration charges levied by The Big Group Limited.

14. Flights, accommodation, and experience are subject to availability.

15. Testing and abiding destination rules are the responsibility of the winner.

16. A pre-approved budget will be set for all Prizes. Any overspend is the responsibility of the winner.

17. The winner and their nominated guest must have a valid passport (with at least 6 months’ validity remaining after return) and must satisfy any special visa requirements that may apply. Passports and visas are the responsibility and cost of the winner. The Promoter or The Big Group Limited cannot be held responsible if the winner or nominated guest fails to obtain the required travel documentation.

18. The winner must provide their choice of dates six weeks prior to their travel dates. Details on how to book will be given to the winner once selected.

19. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for accommodation or transport being unavailable, withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, The Big Group Limited will endeavour to find a suitable alternative, as approved by the Promoter.

20. All travel, accommodation and other services provided to the winner and their guest will be provided subject to the terms and conditions of each such provider. The Promoter will not have any liability in relation thereto, and any dispute arising from travel, accommodation and/or other services must be taken up with such provider.

21. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of any Prizes.

22. All travel must be completed within the timeframe stated in these Terms and Conditions. Extensions will not be allowed unless first authorised by the Promoter.

23. The Prize winner and their guest are responsible for and must comply with any travel insurance / health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country and proof of cover may be requested prior to departure. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the winner and their party (where applicable).

24. The Prize package does not include any travel-related or personal expenses (such as any applicable taxes, including any personal tax that may be levied on the winner or their guest with respect to receipt of the Prizes), other than those detailed above as forming part of the Prizes.

25. The Prize package is personal to the winner and the sale or offering for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange of any tickets and/or part of any of the Prize package is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online ticket resale marketplace). The Promoter reserves the right to cancel tickets and withdraw or make void any and all Prizes elements if this term is not complied with.

26. Prizes must be redeemed by 31st December 2025 excluding all UK bank holidays, Easter and Christmas.

Winner Selection & Notification

27. All valid and eligible entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered into the Prize Draw, and the winners will be picked at random by 20 September 2024. Winners will be notified by email and/ or phone call by a representative of the Promoter as soon as practicable after the Prize Draw, no later than 30 September 2024, using the contact details we hold for you on your Partnership Credit Card account.

28. Winners will have five calendar days from receipt of the winner notification to:

• Confirm they accept the conditions of the Prizes

• Confirm they wish to accept the Prizes by email and/ or phone call

• Failure to respond in time will result in the Prizes being forfeited

If the winner does not accept the Prizes, then it will be offered to entrants in the order they were drawn, who will be notified by The Promoter (and, if accepting the Prizes, they will be the winner for the purpose of the remaining Prize Draw Terms).

29. The winner must be aged 18 or over. For security reasons, the winner and their guest will be asked to confirm their date and place of birth before bookings are made.

30. Should the winner be unable to travel due to unforeseen circumstances, the winner should notify The Big Group Limited at the earliest opportunity.

Subject to provision of prior notice and such evidence may be requested, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prizes for one of equal or greater value. Any substitution will be at the Promoter, Mastercard and The Big Group Limited’s entire discretion and subject to availability, and to The Big Group Limited identifying suitable alternatives for other elements of the prize package including transport and accommodation. In the event the winner does not accept the substitution they will forfeit their right to the Prizes.

31. The winner's details (surname and county) will be available for one month after the closing date by sending a request to the Promoter at 1 Drummond Gate, Pimlico, London SW1V 2QQ, enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope.

Prizes Collection

32. Once the winners accept the Prizes, The Big Group Limited will contact the winner(s) to arrange the Prizes.

Data Protection and Publicity

33. Personal data may be passed on to selected third parties only insofar as required for fulfilment, delivery and arrangement of the Prizes. Personal data will be shared for these purposes with Mastercard and The Big Group Limited. The Big Group Limited processes your data in accordance with Mastercard’s privacy policy and will retain the same for no longer than three months after the Prizes are fulfilled.

34. By opting in to the Prize Draw, you understand that for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and the Prize’s fulfilment, it is necessary for the Promoter to hold and process your personal data. Should you object to the sharing of this information, please let us know when you accept the Prizes.

Limitation of Liability

35. The Promoter and its associated agencies, companies and distributors will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this Prize Draw or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including liability for fraud or death or personal injury arising from negligence) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

36. The winner and their guest take part in the Prizes at their own risk and to the fullest extent allowed by law; the Promoter accepts no liability with regard to such Prizes whatsoever. General Terms

37. Any amendments requested by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be agreed by and be subject to administration charges levied by The Big Group Limited.

The Offer

The Prize

10. There are 10 prizes available in the form of John Lewis and Waitrose gift vouchers to be won. 10 individual winners will be picked and they can each win a voucher with a value of £1,000.

12. Any expenses in the general use of and enjoyment of the prize that the winners incur are the sole responsibility of the winners.

13. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives.

Winner Selection & Notification

14. All valid and eligible entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered into the Prize Draw, and the winners will be picked at random by 31 March 2024. Winners will be notified by email and/ or phone call as soon as practicable after the Prize Draw, no later than 12 April 2024, using the contact details we hold for you on your Partnership Credit Card account. Winners will have 30 days to accept their prize.

15. The winner's details (surname and county) will be available for one month after the closing date by sending a request to the Promoter at 1 Drummond Gate, Pimlico, London SW1V 2QQ, enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope.

Prize Collection

16. Once the winners accept their prize they will receive their prize in the post to the address linked to their Partnership Credit Card account.

Data Protection and Publicity

17. By opting in to the Prize Draw, you understand that for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and prize fulfilment, it is necessary for the Promoter to hold and process your personal data. Should you object to the sharing of this information, please let us know when you accept the Prize.

18. If you are a winner of the Prize Draw, you agree that the Promoter may use your surname and county of residence to announce the winner of this Prize Draw and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes, for no further consideration.

Limitation of Liability

19. The Promoter and its associated agencies, companies and distributors will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this prize draw or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including liability for fraud or death or personal injury arising from negligence) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
