Check your renewal invite to make sure that your cover still meets your needs and that all your details are correct. If so, you can renew online.

How often should I renew my Home Insurance?
You should renew your home insurance on or before renewal date of your policy to avoid being potentially uninsured in the event of a claim. John Lewis Home Insurance policies will need to be renewed once a year for you to remain insured with us.
We will send out documents around 28 days in advance of your policy expiring.
Will my John Lewis Home insurance automatically renew?
If you’re opted into automatic renewals, you’ll just need to double-check that you’re happy with your renewal information and that we have the correct payment information. Then we’ll do the rest.
The quickest and easiest way to review your cover or make any changes to your details is to check online. For this you’ll need your policy number, postcode and the policyholder’s date of birth.
