We sell Euros in-store at John Lewis Bureau de Change branches and online orders can be collected from a John Lewis or Waitrose store near you. If you're tight on time and order before 3pm, we can deliver your Euros to your home by the next working day, or Click and Collect at John Lewis or Waitrose stores at the earliest collection date. Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays will be delivered on Tuesday. Remote locations may take up to 3 working days to arrive.

Sell your leftover Euros

Once you’re back home, we’ll buy back any Euro notes you have left from your trip and exchange them back into pounds (as long as we keep your currency in stock and we can accept your denominations). Pop into any John Lewis Bureau de Change branch with your ID and Euros in hand. 

If your European adventure has been cancelled, you can return your Euros for a full refund within 35 days of the purchase date. Make sure you have your original order receipt or order confirmation, along with proof of cancellation and your ID with you. Please note returns and buybacks can only be made in-store.
