Once you’re back home, we’ll buy back any Euro notes you have left from your trip and exchange them back into pounds. Pop into any John Lewis Bureau de Change branch with your ID and Euros in hand.
If your European adventure has been cancelled, you can return your Euros for a full refund within 35 days of the purchase date. Make sure you have your original order receipt or order confirmation with you.
Returns can only be made in-store.

When buying Euros from us, you’ll be given notes. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept coins if you do decide to buy or sell Euros and other currency.

For online orders, you can buy between £250 to £2,500 worth of Euros. If you’re travelling to and from an EU country, you must declare cash that exceeds the €10,000 limit.
