Bereavement support

When you've lost someone, dealing with their financial affairs may be the last thing on your mind.

We’re here to offer you all the support we can, and once you've informed us of your bereavement, we'll help you through this difficult time. Once you've notified us, we'll then be able to confirm the next steps, including what documents we may need to see.

You can notify us in one of two ways:

*Calls will be charged at a standard national rate. Call costs from mobile companies and operators may vary so please check before calling. Calls may be recorded and monitored for training and security purposes and to help us manage your account.
