Customer Experience Manager, Pet Insurance

Dan joined the partnership in 2021 as the Customer Experience manager for Pet Insurance. He has 15 years of experience in financial services, most recently spending three years at Financial Ombudsman Service. There he gained an expanse of product knowledge as well as a deep understanding of what problems customers can encounter when searching for financial services. Dan works to continuously improve the customer experience of John Lewis Pet Insurance, always keeping the customer at the heart of what we do. When he’s not at work, Dan enjoys playing golf and football alongside looking after his own rescue cat, Lucy.
