The Offer Period

3. The Offer Period is between 21 October 2019 and 29 February 2020. Any applications received after this date will not qualify for the Offer.

4. The Offer may be withdrawn without notice. Any applications received after we have withdrawn the Offer will not qualify for the Offer.


Qualifying criteria for the £30 Offer (3,000 points)

To qualify for the £30 Offer (3,000 bonus points), you must:

Qualifying criteria for double points

8. Double points (2 points per £1 spent) will be awarded on transactions made in the first 90 days from account opening at John Lewis shops, John Lewis Beauty Services, John Lewis Opticians, John Lewis Foreign Exchange, John Lewis.com, Waitrose shops, Waitrose.com and Waitrose Cookery School.

9. Double points cannot be earned in John Lewis and Waitrose shop concessions, including but not limited to Kuoni, Nespresso, Ham Holy Burger, Rossopomodoro, Hotel Chocolat and Joe & the Juice, Lloyds Pharmacy, Johnson Cleaning, Post Office, CPV Car Wash and Camelot lottery.

10. You can earn promotional points on online orders placed during the 90 day promotional period where the dispatch, delivery or collection is after the end of the promotional period.

11. Promotional points will be deducted from your accrued points for any items purchased during the promotional period in store and online that are subsequently returned and/or refunded.


Application of Bonus Points

12. If you qualify for the £30 offer, you will be entitled to receive 3,000 bonus points, which are redeemed as vouchers to the value of £30. The points will be awarded to your account within two months of you making the required £250 spend.

13. On transactions which qualify for double points (2 points per £1 spent), we calculate the points earned on a monthly basis. Any points earned will be added to your account within two months of the transaction date.

14. Points are redeemed automatically as John Lewis and Waitrose gift vouchers in February, June and October each year (where the total points balance is at least 500 points).

15. Points and gift vouchers are subject to the Partnership Card Reward Programme rules.

Entrants must be UK resident (excluding residents of Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man) and aged 18 or over. These Prize Draw Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the Partnership Card Terms and Conditions if you are eligible for entry to the draw.
     
  • 2. Registration for the Prize Draw is via the link in official John Lewis Finance emails associated with the draw or online at www.johnlewisfinance.com/cardspecialoffers between 1 and 30 June 2019 (the Promotional Period). Following successful registration, there will be one automatic entry to the draw for every transaction made during the Promotional Period using your Partnership Card in John Lewis, Waitrose or anywhere else you can earn 1 point per £1 (see johnlewisfinance.com/cardpoints for further details and exclusions).
     
  • 3. There will be one winner (the Winner) selected at random by an independent party at the end of the Promotional Period.

  • 4. The Winner will be entitled to a prize package (the Prize) for two people (the Winner and their guest) consisting of:
    • Economy return flights from London Heathrow to Narita International Airport, Japan (via Abu Dhabi), departing on 30 October 2019 and returning on 5 November 2019

  • 5. The Prize package does not include any travel-related or personal expenses (such as any applicable taxes, including any personal tax that may be levied on the Winner or their guest with respect to receipt of the Prize), other than those detailed above as forming part of the Prize. It is the Winner’s responsibility to ensure adequate travel and accident insurance cover is in place for them and their guest and proof of cover may be requested prior to departure.

  • 6. The Prize package (and associated tickets) is personal to the Winner and the sale or offering for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange of any tickets and/or part of the Prize package is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online ticket resale marketplace). The Promoter reserves the right to cancel tickets and withdraw or make void any and all Prize elements if this term is not complied with.
     
  • 7. Personal data may be passed to selected third parties only insofar as is required for fulfilment, delivery and arrangement of the Prize. Personal data will be shared for these purposes with Mastercard’s service provider, The Big Group Limited (Big Group).
     
  • 8. The Winner will be notified by a representative of Big Group by email and/or telephone by 19 July 2019 and will have until 5 August 2019 to accept the Prize in writing i.e. reply to the email and adhere to these terms and conditions.

  • 9. The Winner and their guest must be aged 18 or over.

  • 10. The result of the Prize Draw is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

In the event the Winner refuses acceptance of the Prize, or cannot accept the Prize for any reason, or does not reply to the email notifying them of the Prize by 5 August 2019 and/or Big Group is unable to contact them following reasonable attempts, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the Prize and award it to an alternative Winner.

  • 12. The Prize is as stated, it is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.

  • 13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend the Prize Draw in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical reasons outside its control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.

The Promoter will not have any liability in relation to this, and any dispute arising from travel, accommodation and/or other services must be taken up with the relevant provider.

  • 17. The Winner and their guest take part in the Prize at their own risk and to the fullest extent allowed by law; the Promoter accepts no liability with regard to such Prize whatsoever. The Promoter will have no liability in relation to the conduct of the Winner or their guest, nor in connection with any circumstances outside their control with respect to the Prize.
     
  • 18. In the unlikely event that the Event is rescheduled to a later date then the Promoter will notify the Winner with as much notice as possible. In the event of the Prize being unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for one of equal or greater value. Any substitution will be within the entire discretion of the Promoter. In the event the Winner does not accept the substitution they will forfeit their right to the Prize.

  • 19. Ticket holders may be asked to present valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) and/or other forms of identification (such as a debit or credit card) upon entry to the Event to ensure that the ticket holder is the same as the person named on (or allocated to) their ticket.

  • 20. The Winner and their guest agree to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to the issue and use of tickets from time to time (as available and set out at https://info.tickets.rugbyworldcup.com/tickettc-e/ or such other web page as determined by Rugby World Cup Limited (RWCL) from time to time), the tournament organiser, Japan Rugby 2019 (JR2019) and all applicable venue owner or operator rules and regulations to access Rugby World Cup venues and any other areas associated with Rugby World Cup (including any terms of accreditation determined by RWCL). Further the Winner and their guest acknowledge that they may be required to enter into a direct acknowledgement and/or agreement with RWCL and/or JR2019 concerning use of the tickets and compliance with ticket terms and conditions prior to receiving the Prize.

  • 21. The Winner and their guest shall not, while using Rugby World Cup tickets, display or publicise any political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, images containing logos of competitors and overt brand sponsorship or anything else deemed to ambush marketing or an abuse of the Rugby World Cup, content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property rights) or reflects negatively upon any of RWCL or the Rugby World Cup.

  • 22. The Promoter may pass personal information relating to the Winner to RWCL and/or JR2019 (and any of their service providers or agents) for the purposes of monitoring the distribution and use of Rugby World Cup tickets and related experiences and, in the event of a suspected breach of any terms and conditions, rules or regulations of RWCL and/or JR2019 relating to the use of such tickets and/or experiences, investigating and taking action against such Winner.

  • 23. This promotion is run by the Promoter with the permission of RWCL. Neither RWCL nor any other persons involved in staging of Rugby World Cup 2019 (including JR2019) and World Rugby (formerly the International Rugby Board) shall be responsible for or liable to entrants in any way whatsoever in connection with this promotion.

12. Upon booking, cardholders will receive an email communication with details of their ticket and Priceless package. Cardholders must bring this email communication with them to the show in order to collect their show ticket from a Priceless Cities representative. Please note that cardholders will not be sent tickets in advance and tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Tickets are valid for Sunday 7 April 2019 only and are subject to availability. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The re-sale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Any ticket(s) found for re-sale will be declared null and void.

Tickets are for admittance to the Awards ceremony only and include a souvenir brochure. Please note that entrance to the Royal Albert Hall will be through Door 6 and not via the red carpet.

Tickets for the Partnership Card priority booking period are available from 10am on 22 January 2019 to 10am on 25 January 2019, or until all tickets are sold out, whichever occurs first, and bookable via priceless.com, exclusively for Mastercard® cardholders aged 18 or over.

Tickets are limited to 6 tickets per transaction.

The Booking Fee and Restoration Levy applied at point of sale are retained by the Royal Albert Hall.

Tickets will be sent prior to the Awards and will include instructions on how to get to the Royal Albert Hall. For UK based guests tickets will be posted no later than the week before the Awards. For international guests tickets will be made available to pick up the week before or on the day of the Awards at the Royal Albert Hall Box Office situated at Door 8.

Doors open at 16:00 and guests must be seated no later than 17:30.

The ceremony is due to conclude around 20:45.

Please note latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.

Please note dress code is strictly black tie and glamorous and ticket holders may be refused entry if their dress code does not comply.

No cameras or video equipment should be used during the ceremony. All mobiles must be switched off for the duration of the event.

The ceremony will be broadcast on television and radio. By using this ticket and attending the event, you waive your moral rights and copyrights attached to your likeness (and any performance) being broadcast, printed or otherwise used (by radio, television, print, online and other media) worldwide.

Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the venue. Any ticket holder who is not acting in adherence with venue regulations will be ejected from the venue and will forfeit their right for re-entry. The Theatre Owner or Venue Management reserves the right to refuse admission in reasonable circumstances.

Whilst at the venue, you must not: be drunk, intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the Venue, or smoke. The Venue may confiscate any items which in their reasonable opinion may cause danger or disruption to other people at the Venue.

Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Royal Albert Hall, Society of London Theatre, Mastercard and their agents are not liable for loss, injury or damage to you. Please ensure you take care when moving around the Venue.
