1. These Offer Terms and Conditions (the “Offer Terms”) are an agreement between you and us and apply if you are accepted for a Partnership Card (the “Card”). They apply in addition to, and should be read together with the Partnership Card Terms and Conditions and Reward Programme Rules. In the event of any conflict, these Offer Terms will apply.

The Offer Period

3. The Offer Period is between 21 October 2019 and 29 February 2020. Any applications received after this date will not qualify for the Offer.

4. The Offer may be withdrawn without notice. Any applications received after we have withdrawn the Offer will not qualify for the Offer.


Qualifying criteria for the £30 Offer (3,000 points)

To qualify for the £30 Offer (3,000 bonus points), you must:

6. Spend a minimum of £250 on the Card in John Lewis & Partners or Waitrose & Partners, within 90 days of account opening.

7. Purchases subsequently refunded, cash withdrawals or cash related payments, balance transfers, interest, fees and charges will not count towards the £250 qualifying spend for the purposes of the Offer.


Qualifying criteria for double points

8. Double points (2 points per £1 spent) will be awarded on transactions made in the first 90 days from account opening at John Lewis shops, John Lewis Beauty Services, John Lewis Opticians, John Lewis Foreign Exchange, John Lewis.com, Waitrose shops, Waitrose.com and Waitrose Cookery School.

9. Double points cannot be earned in John Lewis and Waitrose shop concessions, including but not limited to Kuoni, Nespresso, Ham Holy Burger, Rossopomodoro, Hotel Chocolat and Joe & the Juice, Lloyds Pharmacy, Johnson Cleaning, Post Office, CPV Car Wash and Camelot lottery.

10. You can earn promotional points on online orders placed during the 90 day promotional period where the dispatch, delivery or collection is after the end of the promotional period.

11. Promotional points will be deducted from your accrued points for any items purchased during the promotional period in store and online that are subsequently returned and/or refunded.


Application of Bonus Points

12. If you qualify for the £30 offer, you will be entitled to receive 3,000 bonus points, which are redeemed as vouchers to the value of £30. The points will be awarded to your account within two months of you making the required £250 spend.

13. On transactions which qualify for double points (2 points per £1 spent), we calculate the points earned on a monthly basis. Any points earned will be added to your account within two months of the transaction date.

14. Points are redeemed automatically as John Lewis and Waitrose gift vouchers in February, June and October each year (where the total points balance is at least 500 points).

15. Points and gift vouchers are subject to the Partnership Card Reward Programme rules.

General terms

17. The Offer is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Partnership Card offer.

18. Full terms and conditions for the Partnership Card

19. Credit subject to status. Applicants for the Partnership Card must be UK residents (excluding the Channel Islands), aged 18+ and have a personal income of more than £6,750 per year.

20. 1. The Double Points offer applies to Partnership Card John Lewis Insurance transactions from 1 February 2020 until 31 August 2020.

2. You’ll earn double points (2 points for every £1 you spend) where you use you Partnership Card to pay in full for new business or renewals for Home, Specialist Home, Car, Pet, Wedding and Event Insurance from John Lewis Finance.

Mastercard pre-sale offer terms and conditons

1. Official London Theatre’s New Year Sale pre-sale offer is open to Mastercard® cardholders aged 18 years or over only holding a Mastercard credit card issued by John Lewis Financial Services Limited.

2. Offer only valid if purchased with a Mastercard issued by John Lewis Financial Services Limited.

3. Offer is only available through the Priceless London website. Bookings cannot be made in person at the theatres.

4. The pre-sale offer will be available from 10am on 3 December 2019 to 9.59am on 6 December 2019 inclusive (“Promotional Period”).

5. Official London Theatre’s New Year Sale offer is valid for performances taking place between 1 January 2020 and 13 February 2020 only.

6. Participating shows will discount their tickets to £10, £20, £30 or £40. Please note that not all shows are offering tickets at all price points and ticket allocations for certain shows are likely to sell out quickly. There is no guarantee that specific seats, performance dates or prices will be available.

7. All tickets are subject to availability (especially at weekends) and are for specific performances.

8. The offer does not apply to tickets already booked and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or rate.

This means that where a holiday is paid for over an extended period, only the amount that is charged to your Partnership Card during the Promotional Period will qualify.

3. Customers will have 1 point per £1 for qualifying Kuoni transactions applied to their next statement as per the Partnership Card Reward Programme Rules. The second promotional point earned on qualifying transactions will be applied in time for customers’ December statements and redeemed in customers’ February 2020 voucher issuance (subject to a minimum redemption of 500 points).

Olivier Awards 2020 public tickets - Priceless London Partnership Card priority booking period

The following sets out the terms and conditions for sale of tickets to the public via Priceless for the Olivier Awards 2020 (the Awards). The Awards are promoted by Society of London Theatre, 32 Rose Street, London, WC2E 9ET (the Promoter) and will be held at the Royal Albert Hall (the Venue).

Tickets are valid for Sunday 5 April 2020 only and are subject to availability. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, save at the Promoter’s discretion. The re-sale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Any ticket obtained in breach of these terms and conditions shall be void and all, rights conferred or evidenced by such ticket shall be void.

Tickets are for admittance to the Awards ceremony only and include a souvenir brochure. Please note that entrance to the Rausing Circle at the Royal Albert Hall will be through Door 6 and not via the red carpet.

Tickets are available for purchase exclusively for John Lewis Partnership Mastercard® cardholders for a priority sales period from 10am on Tuesday 21 January 2020 until 10am on Friday 24 January 2020 and thereafter exclusively for all Mastercard® cardholders from 11am on Friday 24 January 2020 and bookable via priceless.com/london, until the date of the Awards or until all tickets are sold out, whichever occurs first. Tickets will be available to cardholders aged 18 or over only.

Tickets are limited to 6 tickets per transaction. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel ticket(s) purchased in excess of the maximum number, without prior notice unless the purchase of ticket(s) in excess is as a result of the Promoter’s or the Venue’s error, in which case the Promoter will notify you prior to cancelling your ticket(s).

The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time the Promoter or the Venue (as applicable) accepts your order. All advertised prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and per ticket booking fee (where applicable) but exclusive of any per transaction, collection or delivery fee. No order will be accepted until the Promoter or the Venue (as applicable) has received full payment in cleared funds.

Tickets will be sent to you prior to the Awards and will include instructions on how to get to the Royal Albert Hall. Doors open at 16:00 and guests must be seated no later than 17:30.

The ceremony is due to conclude around 20:45.

Please note latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.

Please note dress code is strictly black tie and glamorous and ticket holders may be refused entry if their dress code does not comply.

The ceremony will be broadcast on television and radio. By using this ticket and attending the Awards, you waive your moral rights and assign any copyright in any films or recordings or still images of you (and any performance) to the Promoter and consent to such recordings/still images being broadcast, printed or otherwise used (by radio, television, print, online and other media) worldwide without payment.

The use of equipment for recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data inside the Venue is strictly forbidden. All mobiles must be switched off for the duration of the event. Unauthorised recording equipment, recordings, tapes, films or similar items may be confiscated and destroyed or deleted. Any recording made of the Awards in breach of these conditions shall belong to the Promoter.

Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the Venue. Any ticket holder who is not acting in adherence with venue regulations or these terms and conditions will be ejected from the Venue and will forfeit their right for re-entry. The Promoter and/or Venue management reserve the right to refuse admission in reasonable circumstances.

Whilst at the Venue, you must not be drunk, intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, abusive or threatening, nor may you make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the Venue, or smoke. The Venue may confiscate any items which in their reasonable opinion may cause danger or disruption to other people at the Venue.

Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Royal Albert Hall, Society of London Theatre, Mastercard and their agents fully exclude their liability for any loss, injury or damage to you or your property but they do not seek to exclude their liability to you for death or personal injury caused by their negligence, fraud or other liability which cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. 1. These offer terms and conditions (the “Offer Terms”) are an agreement between you and us and entitle you to receive bonus points to your Partnership Card account when the qualifying criteria set out below are met (the “Offer”). They apply in addition to and should be read together with the Partnership Card Terms and conditions and Reward Programme Rules. In the event of any conflict, these Offer Terms will apply.

2. In these Offer Terms, “we”, “us” or “our” means John Lewis Financial Services Limited, 8 Canada Square, London, E14 5HQ.


The Offer Period

3. The Offer Period ends at 00:59 on 30 September 2020. Any applications received after this date will not qualify for the Offer.

4. The Offer may be withdrawn without notice. Any application we receive after we have withdrawn the Offer will not qualify for the Offer.


Qualifying criteria for the Offer

5. The Offer is provided to selected Waitrose & Partners customers following a recent purchase or purchases from Waitrose & Partners or Waitrose.com (the “Eligible Purchases”) to use when applying for a Partnership Card.

6. You will qualify for the Offer if you successfully apply for a Partnership Card during the Offer Period and activate your card.

7. You must not hold a Partnership Card or have held one in the six months prior to your application. You can apply either in-store at John Lewis & Partners or online in order to benefit from the Offer.


Bonus points

8. If you qualify for the Offer, bonus points representing 5 points per £4 of the Eligible Purchases value will be awarded to your Partnership Card account within 45 days of the qualifying criteria being met. These will then appear on your next monthly statement.

9. Points are redeemed automatically as John Lewis & Waitrose gift vouchers in February, June and October each year (where the points balance is at least 500 points).

10. Points and gift vouchers are subject to the Partnership Card Reward Programme Rules. Please refer to the Partnership Card Reward Programme Rules for details of the circumstances in which points will not be earned or redeemed, or will be forfeited.


General terms

11. The Offer is not transferable and can only be used by the recipient.

12. Applicants for the Partnership Card must be UK residents (excluding the Channel Islands), aged 18 or over, and have a personal income of more than £6,750 a year. Credit subject to status. Full terms and conditions for the Partnership Card.
