Check the essentials at a glance: your current balance, your available credit, your minimum payment and the date it is due.

 

Points and statements

You can view statements as far back as 12 months, as well as keeping tabs on your current points balance.

 

Payments

Make a payment to your account with your debit card via the app. You can also set up text alerts to inform you when a payment is due to help you manage your account.

 

Add overseas travel

When you’re heading on holiday, there’s no need to call up and let us know. Simply add your overseas travel plans straight into the app.

The app is available to download for iOS or AndroidTM, so you can get started right away.

When setting up the app, be sure to add the same mobile number linked to your Partnership Card account. If you have an online account, you can log in to update your contact details. Otherwise, simply give us a call.

The Partnership Card app is a free mobile app for UK Partnership Card customers.

Download it now to manage your account your way and:

  • View your balances, available credit limit & points
  • Make payments to your Partnership Card account with your debit card
  • See your transactions over the last 12 months by statement period (including recent transactions)
  • Set up and amend your payment due text alert
  • Tell us you are going overseas
  • Send and receive secure messages

 

To register you must be the primary cardholder on the Partnership Card account.

Once installed, you will need:

  • Your Partnership Card
  • Your date of birth
  • The UK mobile number registered to your account
  • The UK postcode or BFPO number/ postcode, registered to your account


The mobile number and postcode must match our records, so if you've recently moved address or changed your mobile number then you'll need to contact us to update these details before proceeding.

Please visit your relevant app store and search for ‘‘Partnership Card’’ for an up-to-date list of phones and operating systems that are supported by the Partnership Card app.

Currently, the Partnership Card app is configured for use on mobile phone devices, and therefore it may not be fully compatible with tablet devices.
