Our websites and online services have been designed to be clear and easy to use for all our customers, including those who use enabling software support.

On the phone

You can manage many aspects of your account over the telephone. A textphone service is available for customers with hearing or speech impairments and who use a textphone. We also accept calls made via Typetalk/BT Text Direct.

In documents

Selected documents and literature are available, on demand, in accessible formats (such as large print, Braille or audio) for customers with sight impairments.
