If you do not pay off your balance in full, payments we receive will be applied to categories of your balance in the following order:

  • Cash advances and cash-related payments
  • Balance transfers
  • Transactions and balance transfers attracting a promotional rate as notified to you

 

In each category interest and charges are paid first, followed by the remainder of the balance. Please refer to how we apply payments in your terms & conditions for a full breakdown.

Minimum repayment

A). The sum of (a) interest for the period from the last statement, (b) any default charges, and (c) 1% of the full amount you owe as shown on your monthly statement (not including interest and default charges).

B). 3% of the full amount you owe as shown on your monthly statement (including interest and charges).

C). £5. If you owe less than £5, you must pay the full amount you owe

1. The double points offer only applies to full price John Lewis branded men’s 100% cashmere jumpers purchased with a partnership card from John Lewis in store or johnlewis.com between 00.01 on Wednesday 23 November and 23.59 on Wednesday 30 November 2016 (the promotional period). 

2. Customers paying with a partnership card during this promotional period will earn 2 points per £1 spent on cashmere jumpers, instead of the standard 1 point per £1 spent at John Lewis (in store & online).
