If you're abroad at present, flights are being arranged for all Monarch passengers and customers to be returned home to the UK. You need to refer to https://monarch.caa.co.uk/ for further information.

 

Customers yet to travel

If you booked a flight only from 15 December 2016 or purchased a package holiday and you need to claim for a refund, please complete this form https://servicing-card.johnlewisfinance.com/content/pdf/dispute-transaction.pdf ​with a copy of​ ​​your​ bo​o​king confirmation/invoice and a covering letter​, and return to​:

If you booked your flight only on or before 14 December 2016 you'll need to contact the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). Information is regularly being updated at https://monarch.caa.co.uk/
